FSN Converter problem (3)

I'm having trouble using the FSN converter, I point it directly to the folder where the PC version of game is installed (where the xp3 files are) But all I'm getting is various errors.

Anybody give this retard pointers?

some files give errors indeed this is normal (at least it happens here too)

something about can't open protected archive $ ...

everything is converted just fine
